OUR FAVOURITE RESTAURANTS
We are incredibly lucky to be surrounded by some some of the best pubs and restaurants in the South West, and have put together a guide to share some of our favourites with you!
In the village of Lee we have a friendly pub called The Grampus (approximately a 10 minute walk from Cliffe House). Built in the 14th century, our picturesque village pub welcomes families and loves dogs. Enjoy real ales from their very own brewery, sample their extensive wine list or enjoy a Grampus Gin which is distilled onsite. Relax in the sunny beer garden or have a delicious meal made with locally sourced and homegrown produce.

Further afield, Woolacombe and Ilfracombe (both 10-15 minutes by car) offer a delightful array of pubs and restaurants that cater to diverse tastes, from traditional British fare to international cuisines.
Croyde (20-25 minutes by car) boasts a vibrant food and drink scene, where cosy thatched pubs, stylish bistros, and family-friendly eateries serve up everything from local seafood to global flavours.
